Supportive Care
Bursitis is often linked to overload, repetitive strain or surrounding muscle imbalance. We assess the affected joint and how you move, then provide supportive care – which may include gentle techniques, adjusting the pelvis and/or lower back (as this can impact proper function of the hip joint) soft-tissue work and activity guidance – to help manage symptoms and reduce aggravating factors.
A Considered Approach
We’ll explain what we find, help you manage load and movement, and refer on for further investigation or co-management when that’s the right step for you.
