Tennis Elbow

Despite the name, you don’t have to play tennis to develop tennis elbow. This common condition – pain on the outside of the elbow – is caused by overload of the forearm tendons, often from repetitive gripping, lifting or computer work.

How We Can Help

We assess the elbow, forearm and the way load travels up through the wrist, shoulder and neck. Supportive care may include soft-tissue techniques, targeted exercises, gentle adjustments to improve function of the neck (that may be impacting normal function of the shoulder and elbow)  and practical advice on managing load and activity, to help calm symptoms and support recovery.

Getting Back to It

Because tennis elbow is usually an overload problem, we focus on helping you modify aggravating activities while you heal – and on building resilience so it’s less likely to return.

Ease elbow pain and rebuild grip. Call 03 9481 1933 or 0421 068 543, or book online.
